A Different Approach to Wellness
My approach to nutritional therapy is rooted in nourishment, not shame.
With training in both mental health and nutritional therapy, I understand how deeply body image struggles, disordered eating patterns, and chronic dieting can shape a person’s relationship with food and their body.
In a world that often pressures us to shrink ourselves, I believe health should not be about becoming smaller to be more acceptable.
My goal is to help you feel more nourished, more supported, and more at home in your body, growing into better health rather than fighting against yourself to get there.

Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on supporting the body through its foundational needs.
Rather than looking only at symptoms, nutritional therapy explores the underlying factors that may be influencing how you feel, things like sleep, digestion, stress, nutrient intake, and blood sugar balance.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help clients identify areas where the body may need more support and create practical, personalized recommendations rooted in food and lifestyle first.
The goal isn’t perfection or extreme change. It’s helping your body function more optimally so you can feel better in a sustainable way.

I work best with people who know there has to be more to feeling well than simply managing symptoms.
You value a holistic approach and understand that things like sleep, nutrition, digestion, stress, and blood sugar can have a powerful impact on how you feel day to day.
I especially love working with people who feel stuck or discouraged, those who feel like they’ve tried everything or have been told, “This is just how it is.”
I want you to know: there is often more we can explore.
My approach is rooted in practical, sustainable change, starting with food and lifestyle foundations first, and using supplements thoughtfully when additional support is needed.
-
My work is rooted in five foundational areas of health: sleep, stress, digestion, nutrient-dense nutrition, and blood sugar regulation.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, or reducing health to calories, restriction, or willpower, I look at the body as an interconnected system. My goal is to understand what may be contributing to imbalance and identify where support is needed most.
Often, we don’t need to change everything at once. Instead, I look for the smallest shifts that can create the biggest impact.
For one person, that may mean improving sleep. For another, it may mean supporting digestion, eating more consistently, or stabilizing blood sugar throughout the day.
Together, we identify which foundational areas may need support and create practical, sustainable changes that help your body function more optimally.
My Approach
What’s Possible
That might look like waking up with steadier energy, experiencing fewer crashes throughout the day, sleeping more deeply, feeling more supported in digestion, or having a healthier relationship with food.
For some, body composition or weight may be part of their health goals. If so, my hope is that those changes happen through nourishment, support, and sustainable habits, not restriction, shame, or pressure.
In a world that often tells us to fight against our bodies, I want to help you build a more trusting relationship with yours.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more nourished, more informed, and more empowered to support your long-term health.
The transformation I hope to offer is simple but meaningful:
Helping you feel better in your body and more confident in understanding what it needs.
